On this day workshop we will start by selecting the grain that you like best amongst our option of knife blanks. We will then go on to use the spokeshave and saw rasp to shape and refine the knife. Finally, to bring out the grain we will sand, oil and add any additional personal touches to the finished craft. These knives are great for using on cheeses, anything spreadable and are (most importantly) a pleasure to use while cutting your sandwiches in half. 

This course is a great introduction to woodwork and is likely to get you hooked.
