Your place on the course is secured once the full balance of the course fee has been received.

Because the courses are small and carefully prepared, booking confirms your commitment to attend.

Life happens and we understand that. If you do need to cancel your place, the following applies:

• More than 8 weeks before the course – you will receive a refund minus a service charge of £20    
• 4–8 weeks before the course – 50% of the course fee is payable
• Less than 4 weeks before the course – 100% of the course fee is payable
• Failure to attend will be treated as a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited 

Each course involves a significant amount of preparation, materials, planning, and time long before we begin. These terms reflect that commitment and the small-group nature of the experience.

In the unlikely event that To The Root needs to cancel, all fees will be refunded in full. If you would prefer, your payment can be transferred to another workshop (as either a deposit or full payment, depending on the workshop cost).

Some of our Core Workshops require a minimum of fourparticipants to run. The collaboration workshops will require a minimum of six participants to run.
